  • ¼ cup ketchup

For The Glaze

  • Squirt ketchup across the top to desired amount (Felicia usually covers the whole top)

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

  • Drizzle desired amount of mustard across the top (Felicia usually uses about 2 tsp.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl whisk together egg, milk, and worchester sauce. In a separate bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the ground beef, egg mixture, breadcrumb mixture to large bowl. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until evenly combined.
  3. Place the meat mixture in a bread pan or small baking dish.
  4. Add the Glaze ingredients to the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake the meatloaf for 50-55 minutes or until internal temp is 160 degrees F. Allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes after baking (this allows your meatloaf to remain juicy and not runny), then slice and serve.
